Purchase information

Lead time for purchases on this website is 2 weeks. It applies to 1 product purchase as well as to a number of purchased items up to 10.  For larger orders, please contact the seller via email using the contact form available on every product page.

The buyer will provide all necessary information requested in an adequate, complete and correct manner.After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which informs you the estimated delivery date, together with an invoice outlining early payment details. 

The prices presented on the website include VAT.

– online, by debit or credit card, via Stripe system

– cash on delivery, available only in Romania

The receipt of your purchased products will be sent together with your delivery.

The purchased products will be delivered directly to your home.

 

PLEASE NOTE 

Your order will be sent in a special packaging to secure the products. All responsibility regarding any damage to the product or the package lies with the shipping company.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, variations in color and texture are to be expected.
